How can I make payment?

Can I change my mind after payment?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been made. However, we strive to serve you the best we can. Contact us directly for a possible exchange of spirits.

Refund or return after delivery

All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately. After the delivery is complete, there will be no refund or return of goods.

Who can accept my delivery?

Please make sure that there is someone available to accept your order during the specified delivery timeslot. In any event no one at the given address is available to accept the order, a re-delivery charge of S$10 may apply. Please note that the delivery man will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes for your arrival. All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify the recipient’s age.

Other Terms and Conditions

All liquor bottles are in 700ml and all wine bottles are 750ml unless otherwise indicated. Sizes of bottles might change, however that does not automatically mean a lower change in price.

How do you deliver?

1. Free delivery to any address in Singapore within 2 working days for purchases above SGD$200 - A surcharge of S$10 applies to destinations in Sentosa.
- In a case of a failed delivery a charge of S$10 will be incurred to compensate for administrative costs and mileage.
